What to do if you have forgotten your password

  1. Go to the Login page -> Click Forgot password.
  2. Enter your Textmagic account email address and click Send email.
  3. Check your email inbox, including your Spam folder, and you will see an email from Textmagic. Click Reset my password.
  4. You will be redirected to the Reset password page. Enter and confirm your new password.

  5. You can return to the Login page and continue with your new password.

Note: For improved security, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all accounts.
