Get started with Textmagic web app

The Textmagic web app is an ideal solution for businesses looking for an easy-to-use online service for:

• Two-way texting
• SMS broadcasts
• Email campaigns

Collaboration features available for your team

• Users: Add team members with separate logins and roles under one company account.
• Role-based permissions: Control what each team member can access.
• Shared inbox: Manage SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, Live chat, and Instagram conversations in one place – Messenger.
• Helpdesk tickets: Assign and track support tickets across the team.
• Contact management: Share customer contact data securely among users.
• Campaign management: Collaborate on sending and tracking SMS and Email campaigns.
• Activity tracking: Monitor user actions and maintain accountability.
• Internal notes: Add private notes on conversations for team collaboration.
• Tasks: Create and assign tasks tasks to team members to simplify workflows.

Web app interface overview

At the top of the page you will see:

• Your account balance.
• The Buy credit option.
• The name of the account you are logged in with.

There are three menus in the Textmagic web app:

• The main menu, on the left side.
• The quick menu, which you can see by clicking the Create button.
• The quick menu, which you can see by clicking your name.

What to do if you have forgotten your password

1. Go to the Login page.
2. Click Forgot password
3. Enter your Textmagic account email address and click Send email.
4. Check your email inbox, including your Spam folder, and you will see an email from Textmagic. Click Reset my password.
5. You will be redirected to the Reset password page. Enter and confirm your new password.
   
6. You can return to the Login page and continue with your new password.

Note: For improved security, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all accounts.
