Create a free trial account
- Go to the account registration page.
- Fill out the registration form and click Sign up for free.
- Check your email for a verification code from Textmagic.
- Enter the code to verify your email address.
- Once verified, you’ll be taken to the Getting Started page with setup options based on your country.
That’s it! You can now explore SMS, email, and other channels in your account.
Getting started
The Getting started page displays setup options for the communication channels supported in your registration country, including:
- Set up SMS sending (e.g., toll-free or local numbers)
- Set up email sending
- Set up other communication channels
Once your account setup is complete, you can use the free credit provided for testing — or you can top up your account to begin sending at scale.
Textmagic offers a 100% prepaid service. Credit can be purchased in bundles of 20, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1,000, 2,000, 3,000, 5,000, or 10,000 — in your account currency (USD, EUR, AUD, or GBP).
Charges for messaging and other services are deducted from your prepaid account balance as you use them. Please refer to our full pricing table for a detailed breakdown of all features and rates.
Can I start sending texts immediately after signing up?
It depends on your location and setup. Here’s what you need to know:
North America (USA & Canada)
To start texting, you must complete the brand and use case (campaign) registration. This process typically takes 2 to 7 business days. Learn more about 10DLC and toll-free verification.
United Kingdom
You can send texts immediately after onboarding and selecting a UK virtual number or a Sender ID. Learn more about texting in the UK.
Australia
You can send texts immediately after onboarding and selecting an Australian virtual number. If you use a Sender ID (business name), the approval may take up to 14 days. Learn more about texting in Australia.
Bring Your Own Carrier (BYOC)
If you’re using BYOC, you’re ready to start sending messages immediately, with no additional approvals required. Learn more about BYOC.
Can I start sending emails right after signing up?
Yes, you can start sending emails once your domain is verified. It is recommended that you warm up your domain first by starting with a limit of 500 emails per day. This approach helps establish a strong sending reputation and ensure email delivery.
