Welcome to the Textmagic scheduled messages introduction video.

With Textmagic you can write all your text messages days or months in advance and then leave them to be sent out automatically, according to your schedule.

To schedule text messages:
1. Navigate to the Compose page.

2. Select your recipients and write your message.

3. Click ʻSchedule message’.

4. You will see the scheduling options below.

To schedule a text message to be sent just once:

1. Select the time and date when you want the message to be sent.
2. If you are sending the text message abroad, it is recommended to select the timezone of that country.
3. Preview your message before saving to avoid mistakes.

You can also set up a recurring campaign that will repeat several times. To do this:

1. Select the ʻRepeat’ dropdown menu.
2. Choose the desired frequency – hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.

Ending options for recurring text message campaigns are:

• never end
• end after a certain number of sends
• end on a specific date.

Preview the message in the ʻCalendar’. When you’re happy with the message, click ʻSave’. You can review the details or edit them on the Scheduled messages page. Your account balance will not change at this point. Textmagic will deduct from your account balance when the message send time approaches. We recommend you enable Auto-recharge to ensure you always have enough credit.

From the ʻScheduled message’ details page, you can also Edit or Delete your message, Download it as a PDF or Save it as a template.
