The Bring your own CPaaS (BYOC) service allows users to link their existing CPaaS with Textmagic. By integrating your preferred Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) provider, such as Twilio, Vonage, or any other similar service, with the Textmagic platform, you’ll be able to use all the advanced features of Textmagic, including sending SMS and MMS, while using the routes, rates, and features provided by your chosen CPaaS provider.
The contact details sidebar in the chat eliminates the need to navigate away from the chat conversation to view a contact’s details. All the information needed is now available alongside the chat conversation, making it easier for users to access and manage their conversations efficiently.
The sub-account switcher allows users to switch between sub-accounts directly from the page they are currently viewing. Previously, users needed to go to a dedicated sub-account page, which could interrupt their workflow and decrease efficiency. With the introduction of the sub-account switcher, this inconvenience is a thing of the past. This means that whether you’re writing messages, analyzing reports, or setting up campaigns, you can easily switch contexts without losing your place or interrupting your work.
AI assistant in Textmagic offers a quick way to summarize key points of long text threads and provides smart response options. This feature simplifies communication, saving time and enhancing conversation flow. It’s important to note that the AI assistant is included in all Textmagic monthly plans.
