Add SMS credit to your Textmagic account

Textmagic provides both pay-as-you-go and monthly plan options for billing. The service operates entirely on a prepaid basis, eliminating the need for contracts and long-term commitments.

How to buy prepaid SMS credit

1. Log in to your account and click Buy credit.
   
2. Select the amount of credit you want to buy. You can always request a refund for the unused credit. If you’re not sure how much you need, use our pricing calculator.
   
3. Select a payment method – credit/debit card, PayPal or bank transfer. For your security, we don’t store any payment details on our site. This is securely stored by third-party PCI-compliant payment gateways.
   
4. Verify your billing details and enter the purchase order number (if applicable).
   
5. Enter your company’s VAT number (if applicable). Learn more about VAT payments.
6. Click Pay now. In some cases, we may need to manually review your payment (which may take a few hours on working days and 24 hours during the weekends) or request to complete Veriff identity verification.

Calculate how much credit you need

1. From the Buy Credit page click the Pricing Calculator link.
2. Select the country where you will be sending text messages to.
3. Type in the number of text messages you expect to send.
4. Add more countries to the list if needed.
5. A credit amount will be suggested based on the entered information. If you’re happy with the suggestion, simply click Select package.
