Review your billing statements
Billing statements give you a detailed record of credit added to and deducted from your Textmagic account. Use them to track your account balance, review charges and payments, and understand how your messaging and other services affect your spending over time.
You can review and download your statements from the Billing statements page.
Check billing statements
- Go to Settings → Billing → Statements.
- Select the account you want to review.
- Select a time period to view the relevant transactions.
- Click Download if you need to export the statement.
Understand your statement
Your statement provides a chronological record of balance changes and transactions within the selected period. It includes:
- Balance – your account balance at the end of each day.
- Credits – money added to your account, such as payments or refunds.
- Deductions – charges deducted from your account balance as you use Textmagic services.
- Description – information about the activity associated with each transaction.
Use this information to understand where your account balance was spent, check when funds were added or deducted, and investigate unexpected changes in your balance.
How charges affect your balance
Charges for messaging, texting numbers, emails, and other paid services are deducted from your prepaid account balance as you use them. For current rates, see the Textmagic pricing table.
