Overview
Textmagic integrates with Zapier, a third-party automation tool that connects applications and runs workflows automatically.
With Zapier, you can connect Textmagic to other systems and send SMS messages, emails, or update records based on events in those systems. For example, you can send a message when a new lead is created, an order is placed, or a support ticket is received.
What is Zapier
Zapier is a third-party service that connects applications using their APIs.
Each workflow in Zapier is called a Zap. A Zap usually includes:
- a trigger — an event in one application
- an action — a task performed in another application
For example, a new contact in your CRM can trigger sending an SMS through Textmagic.
How it works
- A trigger happens in another application, such as a new lead, order, or support ticket.
- Zapier receives that event and runs the workflow.
- Textmagic performs the action, such as sending an SMS, creating a contact, or updating a list.
