Phone number lookup & validation

The carrier lookup & number validation service checks whether a phone number is valid and provides information about its carrier, number type, country, timezone, and formatting.

Choose a lookup option:

• Single carrier lookup
• Bulk carrier lookup
• Carrier lookup API

What you can check

• Whether the phone number is valid and properly formatted
• Carrier (mobile operator)
• Number type (mobile, landline, or VoIP)
• Country, timezone, and formatting details

Validate phone numbers in bulk

1. From the main menu, click More → Select Bulk lookup.
2. Click New carrier lookup.
3. Upload a file with phone numbers or copy and paste them into the input field.
4. Click Continue to start validation.
5. Review the results.

The results can include:

• Validity status – Whether the number is valid
• Phone number formats – E.164, international, national, and RFC3966 formats
• Out-of-country format – Dialing format from specific countries
• Country and timezone – Country of origin and associated timezone
• Phone type – Mobile, landline, or VoIP
• Carrier name – Mobile network operator
• Mobile country code (MCC) – Country of the mobile network
• Network code (MNC) – Specific carrier network

Email lookup & validation

The email lookup & validation service checks whether an email address is valid and deliverable and provides additional information about the mailbox and domain.

Choose a lookup option:

• Single email lookup
• Bulk email lookup

What you can check

• Whether an email address is properly formatted
• Whether the domain exists and accepts mail
• Deliverability status

Validate email addresses in bulk

1. From the main menu, click More → Select Bulk email lookup.
2. Click New email lookup.
3. Upload a file with email addresses or copy and paste them into the input field.
4. Click Continue to start validation.
5. Review the results.

The results can include:

• Status – Valid or Invalid
• Deliverability – Deliverable, Undeliverable, or Unknown
• Reason – Explanation of the validation result
• Risk level – Low, Medium, or High
• Disposable email – Whether the address uses a disposable email provider
• Email role – Whether it is a role-based address, such as info@ or support@
• Mailbox type – Free or Corporate
• Domain details – Domain, MX records, and technical checks
• Whitelist / Blacklist status – Whether the domain is listed
