Sender ID and number filtering restrictions

Some mobile operators filter text messages that are sent using alphanumeric or numeric Sender ID. In these cases your Sender ID is changed to a random number in order to ensure delivery. This is called sender filtering.

Two-way SMS service is guaranteed to work only in the countries, where we offer local dedicated numbers.

Alphanumeric Sender ID is a paid feature and only available in select countries. Replies are not supported with a Sender ID. Supported countries include:

  • Australia
  • United Kingdom
  • Ireland
  • Germany
  • Switzerland
  • Majority of the EU countries
