Connect your Facebook page to manage messages
Integrating Facebook with Textmagic allows you to manage your Facebook messages directly from the Textmagic platform. This integration helps you to respond faster to customer inquiries, and work better as a team with shared access to all messages.
Key features:
- Unified inbox: View and manage all messages in one place.
- Stay organized: Assign and track messages easily.
- Respond with context: Access full message history.
- Team collaboration: Work together to manage conversations.
Connect Facebook to Textmagic
- Go to Messenger -> Settings -> Facebook
- Click Get started to start the integration process.
- Click the Login with Facebook button to connect your Facebook account, which has admin access to the Facebook page.
- Choose the pages that you want Textmagic to access and grant the necessary permissions.
- Once the process is complete, you will see a confirmation screen that your Facebook Page has been connected.
You can now test sending messages from your Facebook account by scanning the QR code or by accessing the chat via a direct link.
All inbound messages sent to your Facebook page via a QR code or a direct link will open a chat in Textmagic Messenger.

Note:

- Facebook integration supports inbound messages and replies. However, you cannot start a new conversation unless the user contacts you first.
