You can now trigger Zaps when a contact is added to a list, or when a tag is added to a contact. Both triggers are live and ready to use.

When a contact texts back, save their reply into any contact field you choose, inside the automation flow, using the ‘Update contact’ action. No copy-pasting, no manual updates.

Click View details on any contact in a flow to see their full history, exactly what happened and when. Hit an error? Retry it for that one person or for everyone stuck at that step.
