Manage auto-recharge and payment methods

Textmagic does not store PayPal, credit, or debit card details on this website. All payment data is securely stored and must be managed through a third-party PCI-compliant payment gateway – Stripe.

Textmagic uses 100% prepaid billing with two options: Essential (pay-as-you-go) and Monthly plans (volume discounts).

Essential (pay-as-you-go): You buy credit bundles (e.g., 20, 50, 100, up to 10,000) in your account currency (USD, EUR, AUD, or GBP).

  • If you run out of credit, you need to manually top up, or enable auto-recharge. to keep your balance automatically recharged.

Monthly plans: You buy credit bundles, with pricing based on the volume of text messages you plan to send.

  • Auto-recharge is always enabled for monthly plans, with a trigger threshold of 5 credits, ensuring no service interruption.

  • Add a new payment method

    1. Navigate to Admin -> Billing overview.
    2. Click Manage in Stripe box.
    3. Follow the instructions in Stripe to add a credit/Debit card or PayPal.

    Enable and edit auto-recharge

    1. Navigate to Admin -> Billing overview.
    2. Click Edit in the Auto-recharge box.
    3. Configure your settings.
    4. Click Save.
